When it comes to fitness for you, 8 min abs, thigh master, ab roller, 7 min workout, diet pills or even the vibrating belt might not be for you. As good as it may look or sound throwing a muscular man on the ab roller who has incorporated ab routines for years wont give you that body you see in the time they say. We need to look at the why and the who behind the schemes?

One thing that is key for everyone to remember is that we all started somewhere.
If you are an absolute beginner who knows nothing about nutrition, exercise, or fitness in general that does not mean your fitness goals are destined to fail. Learn as much as you can, find educated and credible individuals and let them teach/guide you to your goals, and remain consistent.

Social media is full of things that will distract you and manipulate your focus on life. Your life should be focused on you not someone else. The goals that you make are individual.
